本系為鼓勵學生參與國外研討會，設有「電機工程學系研究生出席國際會議補助辦法」，希望藉此機會能同時提供學生熟悉外語專業知識的機會，並進而促進本系學生能在耳濡目染的情境下，多加增進外語能力及接觸國際相關知識與文化。
- 109學年度因全球疫情關係，國際會議多取消或改為線上進行，學校也配合政府政策停止教師及學生出國參加研討會。
